LTC3801ES6#TRMPBF

The LTC3801ES6#TRMPBF is a highly versatile synchronous step-down DC/DC controller from Linear Technology. It features a power supply input voltage range of 4.5V to 38V and offers a wide output voltage range from 0.8V to 5V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. With a switching frequency of up to 500kHz, this controller provides fast transient response and excellent loop stability. It also offers adjustable soft-start and enables smooth start-up without any output voltage overshoot. The LTC3801ES6#TRMPBF utilizes a constant frequency peak current mode architecture which ensures robust operation even under heavy load conditions. It features true current mode control and offers excellent line and load regulation. This controller is highly efficient and can achieve up to 92% efficiency. It also supports Burst Mode operation, which further improves efficiency at light load conditions. The LTC3801ES6#TRMPBF comes in a tiny 6-Lead TSOT-23 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. It operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial and automotive environments. In summary, the LTC3801ES6#TRMPBF is a high-performance, highly efficient, and versatile synchronous step-down DC/DC controller that is designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.
