Introducing the LTC3783EDHD#TRPBF, a high performance DC/DC synchronous boost controller from Linear Technology. The LTC3783EDHD#TRPBF features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 38V, making it suitable for a variety of applications. With its high efficiency architecture and integrated high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs, it can deliver up to 98% efficiency, reducing power dissipation and maximizing power delivery. Equipped with a frequency programmable fixed off-time peak current mode control, it allows for easy optimization of inductor size and efficiency. This boost controller also boasts an adjustable 40V current monitor with ±5% accuracy, providing precise current sensing. In addition, the LTC3783EDHD#TRPBF offers comprehensive protection features, including adjustable input undervoltage lockout, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection, ensuring stable and reliable operation even in harsh environments.
