LTC3775IMSE#TRPBF

The LTC3775IMSE#TRPBF is a highly integrated step-down DC/DC controller designed to deliver high efficiency and performance in a small footprint. This versatile product from Linear Technology is ideal for a wide range of applications including industrial and automotive systems, telecom infrastructure, and power distribution. Featuring a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 38V, the LTC3775IMSE#TRPBF is capable of supporting a variety of input sources, making it suitable for both battery-powered and automotive applications. It offers a maximum output current of up to 20A and supports output voltages as low as 0.6V, allowing for seamless integration into a wide range of power supplies. The LTC3775IMSE#TRPBF incorporates several advanced features, including a high-speed current mode control loop, accurate current limit protection, and an adjustable switching frequency up to 1MHz. It also offers a selectable pulse-skipping mode for higher efficiency at light loads. Designed with reliability in mind, the LTC3775IMSE#TRPBF incorporates comprehensive protection features such as input and output overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. It is available in the tiny 16-lead MSOP package, making it perfect for space-constrained applications.
