LTC3773EG#PBF

Introducing the LTC3773EG#PBF, a highly efficient, high voltage synchronous step-down DC/DC controller designed for use in industrial and telecommunication applications. This controller operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 38V and can generate output voltages as low as 0.6V. The LTC3773EG#PBF features a peak efficiency of 97% and can deliver up to 20A of continuous output current, making it suitable for a wide range of power requirements. It utilizes a constant on-time valley current mode control architecture, which enables very fast transient response and accurate output voltage regulation. This controller also includes a number of useful features such as programmable soft-start, selectable spread spectrum frequency modulation for reduced EMI emissions, and a power good output for system monitoring. Furthermore, it has a wide bandwidth error amplifier and precision voltage reference, ensuring excellent line and load regulation. With its high efficiency, wide input voltage range, and versatile features, the LTC3773EG#PBF is the ideal choice for power supply designers looking for a reliable and efficient controller for their demanding applications.
