LTC3732CUHF#PBF

The LTC3732CUHF#PBF is a high-frequency synchronous step-down DC/DC controller designed for high efficiency and compact footprint applications. This versatile controller operates over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 36V, making it suitable for a variety of industrial, automotive, and telecom applications. The LTC3732CUHF#PBF offers a high switching frequency range from 300kHz to 3MHz, enabling the use of smaller external components and reducing the overall solution size. It integrates a low RDS(ON) N-channel MOSFET switch, further enhancing efficiency and eliminating the need for an external power switch. Featuring precise current mode control, the LTC3732CUHF#PBF provides excellent line and load regulation and allows for seamless transition between light load and heavy load conditions. It also incorporates adjustable slope compensation and external loop compensation for stabilizing the output voltage and improving transient response. Additional features of the LTC3732CUHF#PBF include a power-good output voltage monitor, adjustable soft-start, and thermal shutdown protection. It is available in a compact and thermally enhanced 20-lead QFN package, offering excellent heat dissipation characteristics.
