LTC3708EUH#PBF

The LTC3708EUH#PBF is a step-down DC/DC converter designed for use in various applications where high efficiency and small size are critical. This highly integrated device operates from an input voltage range of 4V to 30V, and delivers an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 26V with a maximum current of 5A. Featuring a synchronous rectification topology, the LTC3708EUH#PBF achieves efficiencies up to 95%. It incorporates a low resistance, 73mΩ N-channel MOSFET for improved efficiency and reduced power loss. The device also includes an internal 4A peak current limit, thermal shutdown, and soft-start functionality to protect against fault conditions and ensure a smooth start-up. The LTC3708EUH#PBF offers a wide range of features to enhance performance and flexibility. It operates with a fixed switching frequency of 550kHz, and can be synchronized to an external clock for noise-sensitive applications. The device also includes a Power Good output to indicate when the output voltage is within regulation. Packaged in a compact 5mm x 6mm QFN-32, the LTC3708EUH#PBF is an ideal solution for space-constrained applications such as industrial, automotive, and telecom systems.
