LTC3646IDE#PBF

Introducing the LTC3646IDE#PBF, a highly efficient synchronous monolithic buck regulator designed by Linear Technology. This compact and versatile power management solution offers a wide input voltage range of 4V to 80V, making it ideal for a variety of applications. The LTC3646IDE#PBF features a high switching frequency of up to 2.25MHz, allowing for smaller external components, improved efficiency, and reduced board space. It offers a maximum output current of 500mA, with internal high-side and low-side switches that can deliver currents of up to 1.1A. Equipped with both pulse-skipping and burst mode operation for light loads, this buck regulator ensures exceptional efficiency over a wide range of operating conditions. It also features a programmable soft-start function, output voltage tracking, and thermal shutdown protection to safeguard against overtemperature conditions. The LTC3646IDE#PBF comes in a thermally enhanced 16-lead, 3mm × 5mm DFN package, allowing for easy integration into space-constrained designs. Whether used in automotive, industrial, or telecommunications applications, this buck regulator delivers reliable and efficient power management performance.
