LTC3646HMSE#PBF

The LTC3646HMSE#PBF is a high efficiency, high voltage buck-boost DC/DC converter designed for applications requiring a wide input voltage range. With its integrated high side and low side power switches, this product offers a compact and cost-effective solution for a variety of power management requirements. This buck-boost converter operates from a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 18V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as portable instruments, industrial equipment, and automotive systems. The device can deliver up to 1A of continuous output current with excellent voltage regulation. The LTC3646HMSE#PBF features a proprietary buck-boost control algorithm, which minimizes output voltage ripple while maximizing efficiency. It also includes a built-in N-channel MOSFET that provides a very low RDS(ON) for improved efficiency and reduced power dissipation. The converter has a small footprint and is available in a compact MSE package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. Furthermore, it meets the stringent requirements of automotive applications, including AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification and high reliability.
