LTC3639EMSE#TRPBF

The LTC3639EMSE#TRPBF is a high-efficiency, synchronous buck regulator designed for power conversion in a wide range of applications. This compact and versatile product is offered in a tiny MSOP-16E package, making it an ideal solution for space-constrained designs. With an input voltage range of 2.7V to 20V and an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 16V, the LTC3639EMSE#TRPBF can provide up to 3A of continuous output current. This wide input and output voltage range allows the regulator to be used with a variety of power sources and loads. Featuring high efficiency up to 94%, the LTC3639EMSE#TRPBF minimizes power dissipation and thermal issues in power-hungry applications. The built-in synchronous rectification and programmable frequency allows the regulator to achieve these high efficiency levels. Other key features include a low dropout voltage of 100mV at 1A, precise output voltage regulation, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. This product also includes integrated protection features such as thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection for enhanced system reliability. Overall, the LTC3639EMSE#TRPBF is a reliable and efficient buck regulator that offers flexibility and high performance for a wide range of applications.
