LTC3638MPMSE#PBF

Introducing the LTC3638MPMSE#PBF, a highly efficient and versatile synchronous buck regulator designed to meet the demanding power requirements of today's electronic devices. This product is developed by Linear Technology, a leader in the field of analog integrated circuits. The LTC3638MPMSE#PBF offers a wide input voltage range of 4V to 20V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including industrial, automotive, and telecommunication systems. With its synchronous rectification, it achieves high efficiency of up to 92%, enabling longer battery life and reducing power dissipation. This regulator also features a peak current mode control architecture, which provides excellent line and load regulation, as well as fast transient response. The on-board power MOSFETs enable a compact solution with minimal external components, making it convenient for space-constrained designs. Other notable features of the LTC3638MPMSE#PBF include adjustable frequency operation, a soft-start function, and integrated overvoltage and overcurrent protection.
