LTC3630MPDHC#PBF

The LTC3630MPDHC#PBF is a highly efficient, synchronous buck-boost DC/DC converter designed to operate from an input voltage above, below, or equal to the regulated output voltage. This versatile product offers a wide input voltage range of 4V to 60V with output voltages ranging from 1V to 60V. With a maximum output current of 3A, the LTC3630MPDHC#PBF is suitable for a variety of applications including automotive, industrial, and telecommunications. Its unique buck-boost architecture allows it to regulate output voltage even when the input voltage is close to the same level. This feature makes it ideal for applications where the input voltage can vary significantly or where a wide range of input voltages must be accommodated. The LTC3630MPDHC#PBF uses a proprietary current mode control architecture that provides high efficiency and excellent load and line transient response. Its internal low RDS(ON) power MOSFETs ensure minimal power loss and maximum power efficiency. Additionally, the LTC3630MPDHC#PBF has built-in protection features such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. These features ensure the safe and reliable operation of your system.
