LTC3630AHDHC#PBF

The LTC3630AHDHC#PBF is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down converter that is designed to operate from a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V. This device offers output current up to 3A and can deliver output voltages as low as 0.6V, making it perfect for a variety of demanding applications. The LTC3630AHDHC#PBF utilizes a constant frequency current mode architecture which provides fast transient response and stable operation under varying load conditions. Its high switching frequency of up to 2.25MHz allows the use of tiny, low-profile capacitors and inductors, resulting in a compact solution size. This step-down converter also features a user-adjustable current limit, soft-start, and thermal shutdown for added protection and efficiency. In addition, it offers a precise reference voltage accuracy of ±1.5% over the full operating temperature range. The LTC3630AHDHC#PBF is available in a small 20-lead 3mm x 4mm QFN package, making it an ideal choice for space-constrained applications such as automotive, industrial, and telecom systems. With its high efficiency, wide input voltage range, and compact size, this device offers an excellent solution for power management needs.
