LTC3622EDE-23/5#PBF

Introducing the LTC3622EDE-23/5#PBF, the latest addition to our line of high-performance power management solutions. This integrated DC/DC converter offers a wide input voltage range and high efficiency, making it ideal for a variety of applications. The LTC3622EDE-23/5#PBF features a synchronous step-down architecture that operates from an input voltage as high as 25V and provides an adjustable output voltage range from 0.8V to 22V. With its high switching frequency and low quiescent current, this converter offers excellent efficiency up to 96%. Designed with versatility in mind, this product is available in a compact 12-lead DFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It also includes a variety of protections, such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown, ensuring reliable and safe operation. Furthermore, the LTC3622EDE-23/5#PBF incorporates a Power Good (PG) flag and adjustable current limit, allowing for flexibility in power management and control. With its impressive performance, small form factor, and comprehensive protection features, the LTC3622EDE-23/5#PBF is the perfect choice for a wide range of applications including industrial, automotive, and telecommunications.
