Introducing the LTC3621EDCB-23.3#TRPBF, a high performance synchronous buck regulator designed by Linear Technology. This versatile product offers a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, making it suitable for a variety of applications in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and automotive systems. The LTC3621EDCB-23.3#TRPBF features a highly efficient synchronous step-down converter, capable of delivering up to 3A of output current. Its internal low RDS(ON) power switches ensure minimal power losses and maximum conversion efficiency, thus reducing heat dissipation and extending battery life in portable devices. To ensure stable operation, this device employs a constant frequency current mode architecture with a programmable frequency range between 400kHz and 2.25MHz. It also incorporates advanced protection features such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and thermal shutdown, guaranteeing reliable and robust performance even in challenging operating conditions. Furthermore, with its small footprint and minimal external components, the LTC3621EDCB-23.3#TRPBF offers a compact and cost-effective solution for power management requirements. It is available in a 6-lead DFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
