LTC3616MPUDD#PBF

Introducing the LTC3616MPUDD#PBF, a highly efficient synchronous buck converter designed for space-constrained applications. This compact and versatile device operates from a wide input voltage range of 4V to 60V, making it suitable for a variety of industrial, automotive, and telecom applications. With its integrated high-performance power MOSFETs, the LTC3616MPUDD#PBF achieves excellent efficiency of up to 94%, minimizing power loss and maximizing battery life. Its versatile operating modes, including pulse-skipping and Burst Mode® operation, further enhance efficiency at light loads. The LTC3616MPUDD#PBF offers a wide output voltage range of 0.6V to 18V, making it suitable for a wide range of power supply requirements. Its internal current sense resistor and high-side P-channel MOSFET allow for a simplified and space-saving design. This device also features a comprehensive range of protection features, including overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown, ensuring reliable and robust operation in demanding environments.
