LTC3601IMSE#TRPBF

Introducing the LTC3601IMSE#TRPBF, an innovative and highly efficient synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. Designed and developed by Linear Technology, this compact and versatile product is ideal for a wide range of applications, including portable devices, automotive electronics, and industrial equipment. The LTC3601IMSE#TRPBF features a wide input voltage range of 4V to 40V, making it suitable for both battery-powered and line-powered applications. With a built-in low RDS(ON) synchronous rectifier and high-side N-channel MOSFET, this converter achieves up to 96% efficiency, ensuring maximum power conversion and minimal power loss. The LTC3601IMSE#TRPBF offers a fixed frequency operation of 600kHz, allowing for seamless integration into new or existing designs. It also incorporates a powerful soft-start feature that limits inrush current during startup, protecting sensitive components and improving overall system reliability. In addition, this product includes over-temperature and over-current protection features, safeguarding against potential damages caused by excessive heat or current overload.
