Introducing the LTC3564IS5#TRMPBF, a versatile step-down DC/DC converter that offers a compact solution for a wide range of applications. This product is specifically designed for low-power handheld devices and battery-operated systems, providing efficient power conversion in a small SOT-23 package. The LTC3564IS5#TRMPBF features a high-efficiency synchronous mode that operates at up to 94% efficiency, enabling longer battery life and reducing power losses. With a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, this converter is suitable for use with a variety of power sources, including single-cell Li-ion batteries, USB power supplies, and more. With its advanced design, the LTC3564IS5#TRMPBF offers a fixed 1.8V output voltage with an output current of up to 400mA. The integrated soft-start feature ensures smooth and controlled startup, while the internal compensation allows for a small external component count, saving space and reducing costs. Other key features of the LTC3564IS5#TRMPBF include short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and a low quiescent current of less than 30µA. This product is RoHS compliant and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
