LTC3542IS6#TRMPBF

Introducing the LTC3542IS6#TRMPBF, a highly efficient synchronous buck regulator designed to meet the power requirements of portable devices such as smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronics. With its wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, this compact regulator provides a regulated output voltage as low as 0.6V, making it ideal for powering sensitive components. The integrated dual-channel synchronous rectification enables it to deliver a continuous output current of up to 800mA. Featuring a low quiescent current of just 50μA, the LTC3542IS6#TRMPBF ensures longer battery life for portable devices. The device also includes a power-good output pin that signals when the output voltage is within regulation, ensuring proper operation and fault detection. Designed to support multiple functions, the LTC3542IS6#TRMPBF includes options for adjustable output voltage, as well as a fixed output voltage version for increased simplicity. It also boasts a high switching frequency of up to 2.25MHz, enabling the use of tiny external components, further reducing footprint and design complexity. The LTC3542IS6#TRMPBF is available in a small 6-lead ThinSOT package, providing an ultra-compact solution for space-constrained applications.
