LTC3525ESC6-5#TRPBF

Introducing the LTC3525ESC6-5#TRPBF, a highly efficient synchronous step-up DC/DC converter designed to provide a regulated output voltage even from single-cell or dual-cell NiMH or alkaline. This versatile device is capable of operating from an input voltage as low as 0.95V and can deliver up to 100mA of continuous output current. The LTC3525ESC6-5#TRPBF features a proprietary current mode control architecture that ensures stability and reliability while maintaining high efficiency levels. With a high switching frequency of up to 2MHz, this converter offers compact solutions with minimum external components and exceptional transient response. Furthermore, this product incorporates a low-dropout linear post-regulator to ensure a clean and tightly regulated output voltage, making it suitable for powering noise-sensitive applications. Its integrated soft-start function prevents excessive inrush current during startup, protecting the converter and the load. Packaged in a small 6-lead SC70 package, the LTC3525ESC6-5#TRPBF provides a compact and reliable solution for various battery-powered systems, including portable devices, wireless sensors, and IoT applications. With its excellent performance and versatile features, it is the ideal choice for designers seeking efficient power management solutions.
