LTC3525ESC6-3.3#TRMPBF

Introducing the LTC3525ESC6-3.3#TRMPBF, a high-efficiency, low-quiescent current step-up DC/DC converter from Linear Technology. With its compact size and wide input voltage range, this product is ideal for a variety of applications requiring a regulated, high-output voltage. The LTC3525ESC6-3.3#TRMPBF operates with a fixed 3.3V output voltage and features a low shutdown current of only 6μA. This results in minimal power consumption and longer battery life, making it perfect for battery-powered devices such as portable electronics and remote sensors. This step-up converter is designed with an internal 0.33Ω, 500mA switch, allowing it to deliver up to 5V at a maximum output current of 100mA. Additionally, its Schottky diode provides efficient operation even at light loads. The LTC3525ESC6-3.3#TRMPBF also includes integrated soft-start and current limit functions for added protection and reliability.
