LTC3419EMS#PBF

Introducing the LTC3419EMS#PBF, a high-performance, synchronous buck regulator by Linear Technology. This compact and efficient product is designed to deliver a regulated voltage output from a wide input voltage range, making it ideal for a variety of applications. The LTC3419EMS#PBF offers a high switching frequency of up to 2.25MHz, enabling the use of small external components and minimizing board space requirements. It operates with a low on-resistance internal switch and synchronous rectifier, resulting in high efficiency and minimal power loss. Additionally, the synchronous current mode control provides fast transient response and improves the stability of the output voltage. With a versatile input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, the LTC3419EMS#PBF can be used in battery-powered devices as well as systems powered by intermediate power sources. The integrated soft-start feature limits inrush current during startup, protecting the regulator and the load. Other notable features of the LTC3419EMS#PBF include thermal shutdown, short circuit protection, and output overvoltage protection. It also comes in a compact 10-pin MSOP package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. Overall, the LTC3419EMS#PBF presents a reliable, high-performance solution for voltage regulation in a wide range of electronic devices and systems.
