LTC3417AEDHC#PBF

Introducing the LTC3417AEDHC#PBF, a highly efficient synchronous buck converter designed to provide a compact and reliable solution for a wide range of power supply applications. This versatile product from Linear Technology is capable of delivering up to 4A of continuous output current from input voltages as low as 2.5V, making it ideal for battery-powered devices and other portable electronics. The LTC3417AEDHC#PBF features a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and a fixed 1.2V output, ensuring compatibility with a variety of power sources and load requirements. Its high efficiency operation, up to 95%, results in minimal power dissipation and enables the use of small surface mount components. The integrated low RDS(ON) MOSFETs further contribute to its efficiency while simplifying the circuit design. Additional features of the LTC3417AEDHC#PBF include a Power Good pin for easy monitoring of the output voltage, soft-start to minimize inrush current, and thermal shutdown protection for reliable operation under various conditions. The compact 3mm x 3mm DFN-10 package enhances the device's thermal performance and facilitates easy integration into space-constrained applications.
