LTC3414IFE#PBF

The LTC3414IFE#PBF is a high-efficiency, synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed to operate from a single Li-Ion cell, or from two to four NiMH / NiCd cells. It provides a regulated output voltage from 0.6V to 3.3V, which is ideal for portable and handheld applications. This converter offers a wide input voltage range of 2.25V to 5V, allowing for seamless transition between battery chemistries. It utilizes synchronous rectification to achieve high efficiency, resulting in longer battery life and reduced power consumption. The LTC3414IFE#PBF features a fixed frequency operation with a 1.5MHz switching frequency, allowing for the use of small external components, thereby saving board space. Its low dropout operation ensures that the device can continue to operate with low input voltages, maximizing battery utilization. This product also features a programmable soft-start function, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown for added safety and reliability. It comes in a compact 16-lead TSSOP package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
