LTC3414IFE

Introducing the LTC3414IFE, a high efficiency synchronous buck regulator designed to deliver a constant voltage and current to power modules and a variety of electronic devices. This versatile device operates from input voltages as low as 2.5V up to 5.5V, making it ideal for applications powered by single-cell lithium-ion/polymer batteries or DC power supplies. The LTC3414IFE utilizes a constant frequency current mode architecture to provide excellent transient response and stability across a wide range of load conditions. Its integrated power switch and internal compensation ensure a compact and simplified design, minimizing the need for external components. With an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to VIN-0.3V, this buck regulator offers flexibility to meet the requirements of various applications. Its high efficiency, up to 95%, maximizes battery life and reduces heat dissipation. Furthermore, the LTC3414IFE features a programmable current limit and a power good output, providing added protection and system monitoring capabilities. Its small 16-lead TSSOP package and high level of integration make it an ideal choice for space-constrained applications.
