LTC3414EFE

The LTC3414EFE is a highly efficient synchronous buck regulator designed to provide a regulated output voltage from a wide input voltage range. With an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, this regulator is a perfect choice for a variety of applications operating from single or multicell batteries, as well as fixed voltage power supplies. Equipped with a high switching frequency of up to 2.25MHz, the LTC3414EFE offers small external components and tiny PCB area requirements. This makes it an ideal solution for space-constrained applications or portable devices where size and power efficiency are crucial. The LTC3414EFE features an internal low dropout voltage linear regulator to provide additional output current during load transients. This ensures excellent load regulation and reduces the need for external LDOs, saving cost and board space. With a high efficiency up to 94%, it is capable of delivering up to 800mA of continuous output current. Overall, the LTC3414EFE is a robust and cost-effective buck regulator solution that provides excellent performance in a compact package. It is well-suited for a wide range of applications including battery-powered devices, portable electronics, industrial equipment, and more.
