LTC3412AMPFE#PBF

The LTC3412AMPFE#PBF is a high efficiency, synchronous buck regulator designed to provide a regulated voltage output from input voltages up to 60V. It features a wide input voltage range, making it ideal for various applications including automotive, industrial, and telecom systems. This regulator utilizes a high efficiency architecture to deliver a continuous output current of up to 3A. The synchronous rectification reduces power dissipation, resulting in improved efficiency and thermal performance. The fixed frequency operation and a feedback voltage accuracy of ±1% ensure stable and reliable output voltage regulation. The LTC3412AMPFE#PBF incorporates a comprehensive range of protection features including overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection. These safeguards help to prevent damage to the regulator and the connected load, ensuring a long lifespan. This product is available in a small 3mm x 4mm QFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The LTC3412AMPFE#PBF is also RoHS compliant, ensuring its environmental friendly manufacturing.
