LTC3412AIFE#PBF

The LTC3412AIFE#PBF is a high efficiency, synchronous buck regulator designed for compact and efficient power management solutions. With wide input voltage range (4.5V to 28V) and output voltage range (0.8V to 5.5V), this regulator is suitable for a wide range of applications. Featuring a constant frequency, current mode architecture, the LTC3412AIFE#PBF offers very low output ripple and a fast transient response. It can deliver up to 97% efficiency, enabling longer battery life and reducing power dissipation. The LTC3412AIFE#PBF comes in a small 28-lead TSSOP package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. It also features internal compensation and a power good flag, simplifying the design process. Additional features of the LTC3412AIFE#PBF include programmable soft start, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown. It operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for automotive, industrial, and other harsh environments.
