LTC3407AIMSE-2#TRPBF

The LTC3407AIMSE-2#TRPBF is a high-efficiency synchronous buck regulator designed for use in a wide range of applications. This product offers an ultra-low quiescent current of only 15µA, which makes it ideal for battery-powered devices where power conservation is critical. Featuring a compact design and a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, the LTC3407AIMSE-2#TRPBF is well-suited for portable electronics, such as smartphones, tablets, and wearables. With a switching frequency of up to 2.25MHz, this regulator provides excellent efficiency and helps to minimize the size of external components. The device also incorporates a built-in low dropout (LDO) linear regulator, which can provide a secondary voltage rail for powering additional components. The synchronous rectification enables up to 96% efficiency, while the integrated compensation and soft-start circuitry simplify the design process. The LTC3407AIMSE-2#TRPBF is housed in a space-saving 10-lead MSOP package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. With its high efficiency, low quiescent current, and versatile features, this buck regulator offers an ideal solution for power management in portable electronic devices.
