LTC3407AEMSE#PBF

The LTC3407AEMSE#PBF is a high-efficiency, low quiescent current synchronous buck regulator designed for space-constrained applications. With its compact and thermally-enhanced MSOP-10E package, this regulator provides a highly integrated solution for portable devices and other small form factor applications. Operating with a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, the LTC3407AEMSE#PBF delivers a regulated output voltage as low as 0.8V. The device is capable of delivering up to 3A of continuous output current, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including smartphones, tablets, digital cameras, and wearable devices. The LTC3407AEMSE#PBF features a high switching frequency of up to 3MHz, enabling the use of small external components. It also incorporates a proprietary internal compensation scheme, eliminating the need for external compensation components and simplifying the design process. Additional features of the LTC3407AEMSE#PBF include internal power switches, flexible power-saving modes, and thermal shutdown protection.
