LTC3406BES5-1.5#TRPBF

The LTC3406BES5-1.5#TRPBF is a highly efficient, low quiescent current, synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. It operates with a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, making it suitable for a variety of applications. With a high efficiency of up to 95%, the LTC3406BES5-1.5#TRPBF delivers a continuous output current of up to 400mA. The device incorporates a unique constant frequency, current mode architecture that ensures stable operation even with low output voltage levels. The LTC3406BES5-1.5#TRPBF features a sleep mode, which reduces the quiescent current to just 25μA, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. It also offers a power-on reset function that ensures proper startup and delivers a clean output even during sudden load changes. This compact DC/DC converter comes in a 5-lead SOT-23 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for industrial and automotive applications.
