LTC3406BES5-1.5#TRMPBF

The LTC3406BES5-1.5#TRMPBF is a highly efficient, low noise, 1.5V synchronous buck regulator. It is perfect for a wide range of portable applications such as smartphones, tablets, and other battery-powered devices. With an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, this regulator can efficiently convert power from various sources such as single-cell Li-Ion batteries or other power sources to a fixed 1.5V output. The device offers a highly efficient conversion, with a peak efficiency of up to 93%. The LTC3406BES5-1.5#TRMPBF features a low voltage dropout of only 150mV at a 1A load, ensuring stable and reliable operation even when power supply conditions are less than ideal. The device also includes a programmable soft-start feature, enabling a smooth and controlled start-up operation to protect the input supply from high inrush current. In addition, this regulator incorporates a low ESR ceramic output capacitor, providing excellent load transient response.
