LTC3374AHUHF#PBF

Introducing the LTC3374AHUHF#PBF, a versatile and efficient power management solution from Linear Technology. This highly integrated device combines three synchronous buck regulators and two low dropout (LDO) linear regulators, all in a compact 5mm x 7mm QFN-38 package. The three buck regulators can deliver up to 8A, 4A, and 2A respectively, providing a total of 14A output current, making it ideal for a wide range of applications such as industrial, automotive, and telecommunications. The wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 38V enables operation with various power sources, including batteries, 12V vehicle and industrial power supplies. The LTC3374AHUHF#PBF features high efficiency operation, with each regulator capable of achieving up to 94% efficiency. The device also offers programmable switching frequency and the ability to synchronize to an external clock, providing flexibility and ease of use. In addition, the integrated LDO regulators provide fixed output voltages of 3.3V and 2.5V, delivering up to 300mA and 100mA respectively. These regulators feature low dropout voltage and low quiescent current, ensuring stable and efficient power supply for sensitive loads. With its compact size, high efficiency, and versatile output capabilities, the LTC3374AHUHF#PBF is an excellent choice for power management in a wide range of applications.
