LTC3260IMSE#PBF

The LTC3260IMSE#PBF is a high efficiency, low quiescent current, dual supply inverting charge pump converter. This product is designed to convert two positive input voltages of up to 4.5V into two corresponding negative output voltages that can go as low as -4.5V. The LTC3260IMSE#PBF is ideal for applications that require both positive and negative voltages such as medical devices, energy meters, and industrial equipment. With its high efficiency, this charge pump converter can deliver up to 100mA output current while maintaining a low quiescent current of only 4µA. It utilizes internal low-resistance switches and a low-dropout regulator architecture to maximize efficiency and minimize power dissipation. In addition, the LTC3260IMSE#PBF features thermal shutdown and overload protection to ensure safe operation under various operating conditions. It also has a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 4.5V, making it compatible with a wide range of power sources. Overall, the LTC3260IMSE#PBF is a versatile and efficient solution for generating negative voltages in applications that require dual supply voltages.
