LTC3260EMSE#TRPBF

Introducing the LTC3260EMSE#TRPBF, a high-performance hex charge pump with a wide input voltage range. This versatile product from Linear Technology is designed to efficiently regulate and convert voltage in various applications, making it an essential component for electronics manufacturers. The LTC3260EMSE#TRPBF supports an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, enabling seamless integration with different power source configurations. It features six independent positive and negative LDO regulators that deliver precise output voltages up to ±5V with low noise and high ripple rejection. This charge pump IC offers a compact and space-saving solution, as it requires only small ceramic capacitors for operation without the need for inductors or transformers. Additionally, its high switching frequency minimizes the size of external capacitors, resulting in reduced component count and cost. The LTC3260EMSE#TRPBF is built to withstand demanding industrial environments, with a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, and is available in an MSOP-16 package. It is an ideal choice for applications such as industrial control systems, portable devices, medical equipment, and automotive electronics, where high efficiency and reliable voltage regulation are paramount.
