LTC3255MPDD#PBF

Introducing the LTC3255MPDD#PBF, a highly efficient and versatile power management solution. This integrated device from Linear Technology offers a complete power conversion solution for a wide range of portable electronics applications. The LTC3255MPDD#PBF combines three separate functions into a single compact package: a low-noise, high-current low-dropout (LDO) regulator, a high-efficiency 100mA buck-boost converter, and a programmable power-on reset (POR) controller. This integration eliminates the need for multiple discrete components, reducing board space, simplifying design, and improving overall system efficiency. With its wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, the LTC3255MPDD#PBF can accommodate a variety of power sources, including single-cell or multi-cell Li-Ion batteries, USB power, and various fixed voltage sources. The LDO regulator provides a fixed or adjustable output voltage, while the buck-boost converter delivers a regulated output voltage regardless of the input voltage, making it suitable for powering both low and high voltage applications. Designed with exceptional load and line transient response, the LTC3255MPDD#PBF ensures stable and reliable power delivery even in dynamic operating conditions. Its small DFN package and low quiescent current make it ideal for space-constrained and battery-powered applications, including portable medical devices, handheld instruments, and wearables.
