LTC3103IMSE#PBF

The LTC3103IMSE#PBF is a highly efficient, step-up DC/DC converter designed to maximize power output from a variety of low voltage energy harvesting devices, such as thermoelectric generators (TEGs), solar cells, and fuel cells. This product is manufactured by Linear Technology, a leading provider of analog integrated circuits. With an input voltage range of 225mV to 5V, the LTC3103IMSE#PBF is capable of converting very low voltage inputs to higher voltages suitable for powering a wide range of applications. The converter features internal power management circuitry that optimizes power transfer and maximizes the energy extracted from the energy source. The LTC3103IMSE#PBF also includes a selectable output voltage that can be configured to meet the specific power requirements of the application. The converter operates in Burst Mode operation, drastically reducing power consumption during periods of low load, thus increasing the overall system efficiency. Furthermore, this product offers a compact and thermally enhanced MSOP-16 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications, such as remote wireless sensors and portable electronics.
