LTC3101EUF#TRPBF

The LTC3101EUF#TRPBF is a highly efficient, step-up DC/DC converter designed for energy harvesting applications. This versatile product can be used to power low voltage systems from energy sources such as solar cells, thermoelectric generators, and piezoelectric harvesters. With its wide input voltage range of 0.35V to 5V, the LTC3101EUF#TRPBF is capable of extracting energy from even the smallest power sources and efficiently converting it to a higher voltage output. It features an integrated LTC3110 DC/DC converter, which provides a regulated output voltage of up to 5.25V. The LTC3101EUF#TRPBF includes a maximum power point control (MPPC) feature, which improves energy harvesting efficiency by dynamically adjusting the input impedance to optimize power extraction. This feature ensures that the maximum power available from the energy source is continuously harvested, even under varying conditions. The LTC3101EUF#TRPBF is available in a compact, 3mm x 3mm DFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. Its low quiescent current allows for extended battery life and its wide operating temperature range makes it suitable for use in a variety of environmental conditions.
