LTC3025IDC-2#TRMPBF

Introducing the LTC3025IDC-2#TRMPBF, a high-performance low dropout linear regulator designed for precision voltage regulation applications. This advanced product is manufactured by Linear Technology Corporation, a renowned industry leader known for producing innovative and high-quality semiconductor products. The LTC3025IDC-2#TRMPBF is specially designed to operate with an input voltage range from 1.8V to 20V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in various industries. With a low dropout voltage of only 225mV and a low quiescent current of 30μA, this regulator provides excellent efficiency and extends battery life in portable and low-power applications. This product features a fixed output voltage of 2.8V and can deliver a maximum output current of 150mA.
