LTC2857IDD-1#PBF

The LTC2857IDD-1#PBF is a high-speed, low-power transceiver specifically designed for RS485 and RS422 communication applications. This versatile transceiver is capable of operating at data rates of up to 16Mbps while consuming only 0.45mA of quiescent current, making it an ideal choice for power-sensitive applications. The LTC2857IDD-1#PBF features a half-duplex, differential driver and receiver that can operate over a wide range of input and output voltages, making it compatible with a variety of industrial, automotive, and communication systems. With a maximum differential output voltage of ±14V and a wide common-mode voltage range of -7V to 12V, this transceiver offers reliable and robust data transmission in noisy environments. In addition to its excellent performance, the LTC2857IDD-1#PBF also features integrated fail-safe circuitry, which guarantees a known output state when the transceiver is in a high-impedance, open-circuit or short-circuit condition. This feature ensures that the communication system remains stable and operational even in the presence of faults.
