Introducing the LTC2857HDD-2#PBF, a highly efficient and versatile low power RS485/RS422 transceiver. Designed by Linear Technology, this product sets a new standard for multi-point data transmission in industrial and automotive applications. With its robust design, the LTC2857HDD-2#PBF offers 15kV ESD protection and with1/8-unit load receiver input impedance, enabling long-distance data transmission without compromising performance. Its wide voltage range of 3V to 5.5V allows for seamless integration into various systems. Featuring a fast slew rate, this transceiver ensures high data transmission rates up to 20Mbps, making it ideal for applications that require quick and reliable data communication. Additionally, the LTC2857HDD-2#PBF provides excellent common-mode rejection to minimize noise and interference. Highly reliable and energy-efficient, this transceiver consumes only 5µA of supply current in shutdown mode, making it suitable for battery-powered devices. Moreover, the LTC2857HDD-2#PBF is designed to operate in environments with -40°C to 125°C temperature range, ensuring its durability in extreme conditions.
