LTC1735IS#PBF

The LTC1735IS#PBF is a highly efficient, monolithic synchronous buck regulator designed to deliver up to 3A of continuous output current from a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V. This versatile regulator features a constant switching frequency of 500kHz, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The LTC1735IS#PBF incorporates an internal low RDS(ON) N-channel MOSFET, minimizing power losses and maximizing efficiency. The high switching frequency allows the use of small external inductors and capacitors, reducing the overall size and cost of the power supply. This regulator is also equipped with a precision feedback loop, ensuring accurate output voltage regulation within ±1.5% over the entire load range. It also features a power good flag, which provides a fault indication when the output voltage falls below a preset threshold. Other notable features of the LTC1735IS#PBF include current limit protection, thermal shutdown, and soft-start capabilities. These features not only enhance the performance of the regulator but also provide protection against fault conditions and ensure reliable operation. Overall, the LTC1735IS#PBF is a highly efficient and robust regulator solution, ideal for a variety of applications including industrial, automotive, telecommunications, and more.
