LTC1544CG#PBF

The LTC1544CG#PBF is an advanced, highly efficient inverting charge pump IC that is capable of providing a regulated negative voltage output. Manufactured by Linear Technology, this product is designed to offer an ideal solution for applications requiring a negative voltage source. Featuring a wide input voltage range of 3.5V to 5.25V, the LTC1544CG#PBF has the ability to deliver an output voltage as low as -3.3V. The charge pump operates at a high switching frequency of 1.5MHz, allowing for smaller external capacitors and inductors to be used, thus enabling a more compact and cost-effective solution. Additionally, the LTC1544CG#PBF includes a low quiescent current shutdown mode, which reduces power consumption in standby mode. Over-temperature and over-current protection features are also incorporated to ensure reliable and safe operation. The LTC1544CG#PBF is available in a small 8-pin MSOP package, making it well-suited for a range of applications in various industries including automotive, communications, industrial, and medical.
