LTC1514IS8-3.3#PBF

The LTC1514IS8-3.3#PBF is a highly efficient, constant frequency, synchronous buck regulator. It is designed to provide a regulated output voltage of 3.3V from input voltages ranging from 4V to 40V. This product offers a high efficiency of up to 94%, making it ideal for a wide range of applications that require low power consumption. The LTC1514IS8-3.3#PBF includes synchronous rectification for improved efficiency and reduced power losses. Furthermore, this buck regulator features a fixed switching frequency of 500kHz, enabling the use of small external components such as inductors and capacitors. It also provides a soft-start function to minimize inrush current during start-up. The LTC1514IS8-3.3#PBF is available in an 8-pin SO-8 package, making it compact and space-saving for various designs. Its wide input voltage range, high efficiency, and small form factor make it an excellent choice for battery-powered devices, portable equipment, automotive electronics, and industrial applications.
