LTC1435AIG#PBF

The LTC1435AIG#PBF is a versatile, high-performance synchronous step-down switching regulator. It is a monolithic device that integrates a 3A synchronous buck regulator with a very low dropout voltage, making it ideal for applications that require precise and efficient voltage regulation. With an input voltage range of 4V to 32V, the LTC1435AIG#PBF offers flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of power sources. It is capable of providing output voltages as low as 0.8V, making it suitable for powering a variety of electronic devices. The LTC1435AIG#PBF features a constant frequency, current-mode architecture that ensures stable operation over varying load conditions. It also includes a variety of protection features such as thermal shutdown, overvoltage protection, and short-circuit protection to safeguard the device and the load from potential damage. Measuring only 4mm x 4mm, the LTC1435AIG#PBF comes in a compact and thermally enhanced 16-lead QFN package.
