The LTC1326IS8-2.5#PBF features an industry-leading supply current of just 70µA, making it suitable for battery-powered and energy-conscious devices. Its exceptionally low dropout voltage of only 300mV ensures stable and accurate output voltage regardless of input supply fluctuations. With an output voltage of 2.5V and a temperature coefficient of only 50ppm/°C, the LTC1326IS8-2.5#PBF delivers superior accuracy and stability over a wide range of operating conditions. It has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, ensuring reliable performance in various environments. This voltage reference comes in a compact 8-pin SOIC package, making it easy to integrate into existing designs.
