Introducing the LTC1174HVIS8#PBF, a high-performance, low dropout linear regulator that offers excellent precision and efficiency for a wide range of applications. Created by Linear Technology, a renowned leader in the semiconductor industry, this regulator delivers an exceptional level of performance and reliability. The LTC1174HVIS8#PBF is designed to operate with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 15V and can provide an output voltage from 1.18V to 12.8V, making it suitable for a variety of voltage regulation needs. It features a low dropout voltage of just 36mV, ensuring efficient power conversion even when the input voltage is close to the output voltage. With a low quiescent current of only 25μA and a high output current of up to 250mA, this regulator offers excellent efficiency while minimizing power consumption. The device also boasts a low output noise of less than 40μVRMS, preventing any interference in sensitive applications. The LTC1174HVIS8#PBF comes in a small, thermally enhanced MSOP-8 package, allowing for easy integration into space-constrained systems.
