LTC1148HVCS#PBF

The LTC1148HVCS#PBF is a high voltage, quad constant frequency synchronous buck regulator manufactured by Linear Technology. It is a versatile and efficient solution for various applications that require step-down voltage conversion. The LTC1148HVCS#PBF operates with an input voltage range of 3.6V to 100V, making it ideal for automotive and industrial environments. With four integrated synchronous buck regulators, the LTC1148HVCS#PBF provides a compact and space-saving solution for multi-channel power supply designs. Each regulator can deliver up to 1.5A of continuous output current, and the entire device has a total output current rating of 6A. This product features a constant frequency architecture, ensuring stable and predictable performance across the entire input voltage and load range. Additionally, it includes an internal compensation network, simplifying the design process and reducing external component count. The regulators also feature adjustable current limit and frequency synchronization options. The LTC1148HVCS#PBF is available in a compact 24-lead SSOP package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. It is an excellent choice for automotive, industrial, and other high voltage power supply applications that demand high efficiency and reliability.
