The LM4050CEM3-2.5+T offers a fixed output voltage of 2.5 volts with an initial accuracy of 0.1%. This ensures consistent and reliable performance throughout its operating range. Additionally, it features low temperature coefficient, making it suitable for demanding temperature-sensitive applications. With a wide supply voltage range of 2.7 volts to 10 volts, the LM4050CEM3-2.5+T can be easily integrated into various power supply systems. Its low supply current of 90 microamps minimizes power consumption, making it suitable for portable and battery-powered devices. Moreover, this voltage reference is housed in a compact SOT-23-3 package, enabling easy integration into space-constrained designs.
