LM4050BEM3-3.0+

This small, low-dropout (LDO) regulator offers outstanding accuracy and stability, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications. The LM4050BEM3-3.0+ incorporates a band-gap reference circuit that ensures excellent temperature stability and low voltage drift. With an ultra-low dropout voltage of only 190mV at 15mA, this voltage reference can operate with minimal power loss, making it highly efficient. This device is housed in a miniature SOT-23 package, which enables it to be easily integrated into space-constrained designs without compromising performance. Additionally, the LM4050BEM3-3.0+ operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
