LM4041AIM3-1.2+

The LM4041AIM3-1.2+ is a precision voltage reference that offers a highly accurate output voltage of 1.2V. It is ideal for applications that require a stable and reliable voltage reference, such as analog-to-digital converters, digital-to-analog converters, and voltage regulators. With a maximum output voltage drift of 50ppm/°C and an initial accuracy of ±0.1%, the LM4041AIM3-1.2+ ensures excellent performance over a wide temperature range. It operates with a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 20V and can deliver up to 15mA of output current. One of the key features of the LM4041AIM3-1.2+ is its low dropout voltage, which ensures that the output voltage remains stable even when the input voltage is close to the output voltage. This makes it suitable for battery-powered applications where minimizing power consumption is crucial. The LM4041AIM3-1.2+ is available in a small SOT-23-3 package, making it easy to integrate into space-constrained designs. Its low cost and reliability make it an excellent choice for a wide range of precision voltage reference applications.
